5 stages across 15 days / 14 nights. This is the flow we would book as it stands — and the version we most often adjust, because adding two nights in one place or dropping a leg entirely is usually what makes a route yours.

1. 

   Stage 1 of 5

   DAYS 1 – KASANE – THE RIVERFRONT GATEWAY

   The journey begins in Kasane, where a comfortable lodge stay offers time to prepare, settle in, and transition into safari mode. Positioned near the Chobe River, this is the natural starting point for a journey defined by water, wildlife, and movement.

   Stage 2 of 5

   DAYS 2–4 – CHOBE NATIONAL PARK – RIVER AND FLOODPLAINS

   The Chobe Riverfront introduces extraordinary wildlife density from the outset. Campsites are located close to the river, where elephants move through camp and hippos call through the night. Rooftop tents provide an elevated perspective over floodplains and channels, and mornings often begin with game visible directly from camp. The constant presence of water shapes every encounter.

   Stage 3 of 5

   DAYS 5–7 – LINYANTI & SAVUTI – REMOTE AND UNTAMED

   Moving away from the river, the landscape becomes wilder and more isolated. Unfenced campsites place you deep within predator territory, with lions and hyenas often heard after dark. Days are defined by vast, rugged scenery and powerful wildlife interactions, while rooftop tents offer comfort without breaking immersion. This region captures the raw essence of northern Botswana.

   Stage 4 of 5

   DAYS 8–12 – KHWAI & MOREMI – THE HEART OF THE DELTA

   Riverine forests, open floodplains, and lagoon systems create one of Botswana’s most diverse wildlife regions. Campsites are often shaded and positioned near water, attracting elephants, antelope, and rich birdlife. The variation in habitat delivers exceptional game viewing, with each day revealing a different side of the Okavango ecosystem. Evenings are calm and atmospheric as the bush settles around camp.

   Stage 5 of 5

   DAYS 13–15 – OKAVANGO DELTA – PRIVATE MOBILE CAMPING

   The journey culminates with private mobile camping deep in the Okavango Delta—the most exclusive and immersive way to experience this iconic wilderness. A fully serviced, private camp is set up in a remote location accessible only to your party. Spacious walk-in tents, proper beds, and attentive staff create a sense of understated luxury. Days unfold on pristine waterways and islands, while evenings are spent around the campfire under vast delta skies. It is a refined and unforgettable conclusion to a journey that captures the very best of Africa in just two weeks.

Sensible minimum

10 nights, two vehicles if you are going deep. Botswana is the least forgiving country we work in.
